Our Story & Terms/Conditions

Starting from a love of rabbits to discovering the rabbit fancy. Mocha Moo’s Rabbitry was named after my first rabbit Mocha who I nicknamed Mocha Moo. She was taken to a few shows and I got so much advice and met so many new people. I’ve flicked through a couple of breeds and have now stayed with my Dwarf lops, Swiss fox and Dutch. I have bred quite a few nice rabbits but I still need quite a bit of improvement with what I’ve got to get great quality rabbits.

I breed rabbits for myself and to better the breed not for the pet trade. Sales will go straight back into the care of my rabbits.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

All Sales are final. No refunds, replacements, or exchanges.

• The person messaging me needs to be at least 18 years or older. If under 18 years, you must have parent/guardian permission and your parent/guardian must be the one to contact me.

• No rabbits will leave my possession until they are paid in full and are at least 10 weeks of age.

• Once any rabbit leaves my rabbitry, I will not be held liable for any problems that arise from our transaction.

• If you come into a position where you can no longer take care of your rabbit, I will consider taking it back. You are free to contact me and ask me if I have an available space for your rabbit. If I do not have room, it is up to you to rehome your rabbit, but I may try to help.

• My rabbitry is privately owned. I do not allow people to enter my rabbitry to keep my rabbits safe from diseases especially RHDV.

• I require a 50% deposit to hold a rabbit.

• Rabbits can only be reserved if they are 6 weeks or older and will not leave my possession if under 10 weeks.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Rabbits are sold at a first come first serve basis, and no rabbit will be reserved unless I receive a deposit.

• You must let me know at least 3 hours before the arranged pickup date if you are unable to make it.

• I accept cash, PayPal or bank transfer.

• I do not guarantee any rabbit’s future breeding ability, reproductive performance, quality of offspring, show winning, temperament, or size, etc.

• I do not knowingly sell any sick animals, and all rabbits are sold healthy to the best of my knowledge. I will not be responsible for any vet bills incurred by rabbits that have been sold.

• I make every effort to correctly identify the s*x of all rabbits however rabbit gender cannot be 100% guaranteed.

• I handle my rabbits on a regular basis. I will not sell any rabbits that show pure aggression.

• I do not offer a carrier for you to transport your rabbit home. Please come prepared.

• I can transport rabbits across Australia at the expense of the buyer.

• I can bring rabbits to shows that I already plan on attending. If you are a no show/no call you forfeit your deposit and the rabbit will be made available
