To all my amazing clients,
Firstly, I just want to say a huge thank you for your continued support of Bark Avenue Grooming. I genuinely appreciate every single one of you and feel so lucky to spend my days caring for your beautiful pups. 🐾
Lately, I've experienced an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations. As a small business, this has a much bigger impact than many people realise a d has resulted in a huge loss of income, as it's often impossible to fill those appointments at such short notice.
This isn't something I've ever wanted to introduce, but to help protect my business, I'm bringing in a 24-hour cancellation policy, with a cancellation/no-show fee for appointments cancelled without enough notice.
I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can happen, and I'll always do my best to be understanding of this. This is simply about helping keep my little business running so I can continue providing the best care for all of your furry family members.
Thank you so much for your kindness, understanding, and ongoing support. It truly means the world to me, and I can't wait to continue pampering all your gorgeous pups. 🩷
