Serenity is a family run state of the art boarding kennels set on 70 acres of idyllic land which is located 20 minutes south of Mandurah on the Old Coast Road, also within easy access to the Forrest freeway within 5 minutes.

Please Read: Boarding Booking Information 🐾
To help avoid any confusion, we’d like to clarify how our boarding bookings work:
• Boarding is charged per calendar day, not by hours
• This applies regardless of morning or afternoon pick-up
• Morning pick-ups are available within our designated time frame
• Afternoon check-ins are not offered
• All pick-ups and drop-offs must occur during our set operating times

This applies regardless of whether pick-up is in the morning or afternoon

• Morning drop-off and morning pick-up are available 7 days a week from 8:45am–9:45am
(Gates lock at 10:00am)
• Afternoon check-ins are not offered
Afternoon Pick-Up Times:
• Monday–Friday: 4:30pm–5:30pm (gates lock at 5:30pm)
• Saturday & Sunday: 3:00pm–4:00pm
• Public holidays: hours may vary

Because of this structure, booking dates and pick-up times can affect the total number of days charged. If you’re unsure which option works best for you, please contact us before booking and we’ll happily help plan it with you 😊

Check-ins are mornings only, between 8:45am and 9:45am.
So sorry No afternoon check-ins, and our gates lock at 10am after checkins.
Keeping all arrivals within this window helps us settle your doggies calmly and helps prevent unsettling the little ones already on vacation.

Morning only — this helps us get the babies all settled in for their holiday 🐶
8:45am – 9:45am (gates close at 10am)
Monday to Sunday
Public holiday times might be a bit different.

🏡 Check-Out (Going Home Time)
Monday to Friday
Morning: 8:45am – 9:45am (gates close 10am)
OR
Afternoon: 4:30pm – 5:30pm
Weekends (Sat & Sun)
3:00pm – 4:00pm
