Hi All,
There seems to have been a bit of confusion regarding my services.
I am an instructor providing lessons for people on their own horse and I unfortunately am not a riding school who provide the horses for lessons.
However, this is something I am looking into and would love to look at providing this service in the future.

Welcome to SLS Equine & Training

My name is Skye Slater and I’ve been around the equine industry around 25 years, starting off as a 9yo pony clubber.

I advanced through those years to open showing, competing at adult levels before changing disciplines to Western pleasure.

Western pleasure, pattern work, hunter under saddle and becoming one with my horses saw me compete at AA and National levels around Australia bringing home many belt buckles and achievements.

My passion for this industry remains and my enjoyment now lends to judging and helping people to become the best possible combination with their horse. I look forward to sharing my experience and knowledge gained from working alongside professional trainers over the years.

I will be offering 1 hour private lessons, group lessons and will run clinics throughout the year.

All riders under 18years old must have Australian Approved Riding Helmet and All riders must wear appropriate riding footwear.

I have a fully enclosed 60m x 30m sand arena with day yards adjoining (Hire of arena is also possible at an hourly rate) - loading and unloading of floats can be done in a safe area. Water available for horses and hose down facilities if required.

Lesson Availability will be as per below or as prior arranged:
Tuesdays - From 4pm
Wednesdays - AM and PM
Thursdays - From 4pm
Saturdays - AM and PM
