😻. SAPPHIRE is still waiting for the right person to come along.
This lovely girl arrived sick, starving and terrified. It's taken her a little while to understand that she is safe but now that she does, she is turning into an affectionate little purring machine. It may still take her a few days to settle into a new home, but your patience and caring will see her blossom in no time.
Small children can still worry her so a home with either adults only or older children would suit her best.
Sapphire is 14 weeks old. She is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, worm & flea treated and litter trained. Her adoption fee is $150.
If you think you can offer Sapphire the right home, please contact Anne on 0400293116.

INTRODUCING SAPPHIRE
This sweet little one may be a bit shy at first, but beneath that gentle exterior lies a heart full of love waiting to blossom. With a patient and understanding adopter, she'll slowly come out of her shell and reveal her playful, affectionate side. She's a wonderful companion for a quiet home where she can feel safe and secure. Sapphire is a quiet kitten with good house manners and if you're a couch potato, Sapphire would love to keep you company.
Sapphire was found abandoned with her brother Axel but has quickly responded to kindness and love.
Sapphire is 12 weeks of age, desexed, vaccinated x 2, microchipped. She is also litter trained with flea and worm treatments up to date.
If you think Sapphire is the kitten for you, please give us a call on 0400193116.
If you are looking to adopt two kittens, please consider Alex and Sapphire as we are happy to offer a discount.

INTRODUCING AXEL
It wont take long for this handsome young man to find a spot in your heart.
Axel loves a cuddle, enjoys a chin scratch, warm beds, turning a bit of fluff into a game and finding the best sunny spot in the house to settle for a snooze.
Axel does get along with other animals but would be happiest in a calm environment with no small children.
An inside home for Axel where he can feel safe and secure is required.
Axel is 11 weeks of age, desexed, vaccinated x 2, microchipped litter trained with flea and worm treatments up to date. If you have the perfect home for Axel we would love to hear from you. Please give us a call on 0400 293 116. Axels adoption fee is $150.
If you are looking to adopt two kittens, please consider Axel and His sister Sapphire (ID 79841). Reduced adoption fee is available for two.

AWL NSW volunteer branches offer the following services:
- Caring for surrendered animals
- Adopting dogs, cats, puppies and kittens
- Subsidised Desexing Programs for financially disadvantaged people to have their animals desexed
- Fundraising and events
- Building relationships with local Council and community groups to assist with animal welfare issues in the region
As AWL NSW branches are run by volunteers and are always in need of new faces to join their dedicated teams. There are many opportunities available to help animals at your local branch, some of which may include:
Donations: Every branch needs donations in order to survive and continue their work with local animals. Contact your local branch to make a donation, or participate in one of their fundraising events.
Events: Branches regularly participate in events to help raise money for their cause. This may be anything from a BBQ at Bunnings to a stall at a local fair. Events are a great way to be involved with your local branch if you can’t commit to set days every week.
Fundraising: You can raise money for your local branch by initiating your own fundraising activities. Coin drives at your school and placing donation tins at your place of work are great ways you can raise money to help animals.
Foster care: If you have space at your place for an animal awaiting a home you may be able to foster through your local branch. Fostering is a great hands-on experience which gives you the opportunity to see first-hand the difference you’re making.
Animal transportation: Sometimes animals in branch care need to travel for appointments and their foster parents or other branch members may not be available to do it. If you have reliable transportation and would like to “help when you can” you can offer your animal transportation services to your local branch.
Admin: Like all organisations, AWL NSW Branches must complete paperwork and hold regular meetings which require minute taking. If you have admin experience you may be able to lend your skill set to your local branch.
Photography: Branches that are involved in rehoming animals always need good photography to showcase their animals in the best light. If you have a knack for photography and a love of animals your local branch may be able to utilise your skills.
