Please make sure you’re collecting your dogs on time. Lately I’ve had quite a few late pick-ups, which has caused me to miss appointments and be late for my kids’ school pick-up.

I completely understand that traffic can be hectic at the moment, but I really appreciate you planning ahead where possible.

To keep things running smoothly for everyone:
• Pick-ups more than 30 minutes late will incur a $30 late fee
• Ongoing late collections may result in not being able to rebook
