*** 2019 Toyota Hilux tray/canopy ***

This hilux is now fitted with a new, heavy duty tray, ready for work, play and travelling. TC canopy, tool boxes and trundle drawer as bolt ons.

We customised the TC canopy by welding in some 12v mounting panels, anchor points for drop sides and made the flooring removable.

The tray headboard was made to suit the TC canopy, along with hiding a whopping 55L Boab diesel long range fuel tank and a fully fabricated alluminum 30L water tank to suit.
Huge amounts of storage space with a pair of 900mm tapered under tray toolboxes and a full length 1800mm trundle drawer.

Other features;
- maxilamp L.E.D's
- stainless steel scuff protectors
- removable timber flooring in dog box
- Night vision work lights
- UES over center latches
- tie rails
- sandblasted, primed and powdercoated in Toyota's 1G3 Graphtie.

** Ford ranger - dog trials set up **

This Ranger had a complete tray and dog box build,
It has all our usual standard features like a 25mm air gap off the tray for easy cleaning. Removable hardwood flooring in all areas and welded Rotech 12mm yard hinges with our own heavy duty drop sides hinges.

Features include;

-lockable toolbox on passanger side
-40L water tank on driver's side
-custom made UHF aerial mounting kit
-FLUX3D 3D printed sensor and camera relocation kit
-L.E.D tail lights, licence plate lights and internal box light with 2 functions, white and amber
-removable merbau hardwood gratings
-20mm foilboard roof insulation
-custom rip-stop canvas window covers
-compression whale tale lockable doors
-cargo rail ontop
-OzVan custom made sliding perspex windows front and back
-UES heavy duty over center latches
-shortend drop down tray sides with alluminum scuff protectors
-small tray space at rear, requested by customer for those odd things that need chucking in
-door gaps and custom air gaps above doors with a weather protection fold, allows plenty ventilation and lets any excess heat rise up and out
-BKT sandblasted, primed and powdercoated in a custom made ripple finish in Monument grey

-sandblasted and powdercoated in our custom made ripple white
-850mm internal width, 825mm internal height with 100mm cargo rails & 1840mm long. Everything spaced up 25mm for easy cleaning with minimal contact with the tray to stop contamination rusts.

**Transformer canopy**
Dog trials - Weekender - Camper - Family outings

To meet several build requirements, this canopy has been fitted out with,

- a VERY LARGE drawer for storage. It's built on 250kg rated draw runners.
- Rear fridge compartment with overhead shelving and a push-pull vent. (All removable flooring and shelving).
- 6x dog boxes, all removable.
- easy to pull apart with simple fixings, makes it easy to change the set up, depending on the weekend activities.
- drainage holes in the floor, allows the entire canopy to hose out after dog trials and campouts
- merbau natural timber
- foilboard insulation
- entirely powdercoated in mannex black

** Ute tray refurbish **

This tray come into us to be bought back to life. The original paint job was looking very sad and tired from the harsh farming work life.
It is a great example of why having a tough work tray, is far better off being powdercoated. Powdercoating is highly valued for its exceptional durability. 3-6 times thicker than wet painting. In addition, the thermal bonding process of powdercoating provides a stronger bond and structure of the paint making it less prone to chipping or scratching.

This is in no way a name and shame post. Just a very simple, clear example of how painted trays don't stand up to the belting of farming. There were clear areas on the tray, aswell as under the tray where cow manure, mud and grime had built up causing rust to set in.

This tray was removed, disassembled, fully sand blasted back to raw steel, primed, powdercoated in gloss white, tray floor was done in black, white sikaflex sealed all seams and joints. It will now see many more years of work.

-custom door set up. Wanted to keep tray sides on the ute, but if they were removed thw god box was still secure

-flush mounted rear tie points (so cargo can be rested against the box)

This terrier box is another full custom creation we have done for James. James wanted this to lift on and off with ease. Built of light weight alluminum construction, with a sub frame bottom that drops into the tub. This stops the box wanting to move left & right, front & back. James wanted to simply strap it down from the top corners, still be able to use his tailgate and tray functions.

James heads away on some big hunting adventures, and we know all to well this box will certainly cop alot of work and see alot vermin.

This very large, open fire screen was a joy to create. We were given full creative control after seeing previous ones we've built.
With no real direction, we played with some shapes, twisted some metal and went old school with hand forging on the anvil.
We hope it hits the mark, and gives this huge homestead fireplace some extra charm with a fire glow behind the screen.

This Stacer 369 Territory was in need of more floor space. The Territory has a very deep hull, making it akward to stand in.
Justin wanted floor space with less akward, slopped areas. This allows Justin, his partner and two daughters plenty of room to enjoy water activities.

-stow away compartment with lift up hatch.
-rear section to level up storage and fuel tank.
-all timber, bilge pump and marine carpet being done by Justin.

This braai was something we recently built for a fantastic family, we weren't to sure about making one, as it something we haven't done before. Making BBQ's, hot plates and pot bellys is something we are more accustomed to.

Zelda was absolutely amazing to work with, making sure I was ontrack to build the braai exactly the way she wanted, that reminded her of home, South Africa 🇿🇦.

We were lucky enough to be invited to Jarrod's 40th and help celebrate this wonderful day, along with eating some of the best meat we've honestly ever eaten.

We gave the the braai a very good couple of red hot burn ins before cooking any foods. The top half, along with the cook plate is mostly made from stainless steel.
With a pull of a pin and a wind of the handle, means you can cook at any height level.
We made sure it all pulls apart with ease so the drum is a simple swap out item once it's burnt out. Something that will last in the family for years and years.
