The microchip company HomeSafe ID is no longer operating, which means that their microchip records will not be managed or kept up to date. Every pet registered with the company will need to be registered to a different registry.

You can check which company microchip is registered to on https://petaddress.com.au
using your pets microchip number.

If you are don’t know your pets microchip number, come and visit us! We can scan the chip, look up the number and check the details and which company it is registered to in an instant 🫶🏻

🌏 Global Micro Animal Registry
They are currently offering free registration for anyone who was registered with HomeSafe ID.

🌏 Australasian Animal Registry (AAR). There is a $15 transfer fee. If your pet was microchipped with us your pet will be already registered with the AAR.
