✈️ ✈️✈️ holiday bookings fairer for everyone. 🐾

To ensure our regular families can actually get a spot when they need it, we are introducing a refined booking policy starting today.

Moving forward, a 30% deposit will be required to secure bookings that are over $200 OR fall during peak periods

(SA school holidays, public holidays, and long weekends). Standard short stays remain deposit-free.

Why the change?

Over Easter alone, we had $6,000 worth of bookings simply not show up without letting us know. Those empty kennels meant we had to turn away families on our waiting list who desperately needed holiday care for their pets.

We Know plans Change So if you cancel with 7 days notice your Deposit is 100% Refunded
