The salon has now entered it's busiest time of year .
This means that if you cancel your appointment I may not beable to get you back in for quite some time .
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late you may be turned away for grooming depending on how booked out the day is .
The days are extremely busy which means answering the phone is difficult .
If you can please book online through my fb page or send me a text message . Missed calls without a voicemessage will not get a call back.

I have had to cancel appointments this week due to feeling unwell after my overseas holiday .

Once I am better I will rescedule everyone back in.

I just want to apologise for not getting back to everyone's missed calls , messages . I have been inundated and have been feeling overwhelmed. I have had over 100 missed calls in a few days .
