Please remember to keep your Rabbit 🐰 and Guinea Pig 🐹 warm during cold weather ❄️❄️
✅Provide extra warm and dry bedding ✅Straw is warmer than hay as bedding ✅Position the hutch out of the wind and cover the hutch with a blanket and waterproof covering for insulation ✅Daily exercise is needed in the winter, your rabbit or guinea pig needs access to an exercise run that allows them to retreat to a warm sheltered area ✅Outdoor rabbits and guinea pigs need more food during the winter months, to help produce energy for heating themselves.
❗️Rabbits and guinea pigs don't hibernate, if your rabbit or guinea pig becomes limp or sleepy take it to your local family vet.
