Entries have now reopened for the 2025 State Jumping Equitation & Showjumping Championships, being held at Coonabarabran Showgrounds from 31st October – 2nd November!

We’re excited to announce the addition of E Grade Non-Championship Classes as a trial for this event

Attention all pony clubbers, here is a great opportunity to touch up your skills or have any questions answered that you may like to know about riding that dreaded dressage test at your rally days or ODE. On Sunday the 12th of October Mudgee Dressage Group is holding a come and try day. This is a free event sponsored by the ENSW Amateur Equestrian Committee.
All entrants will receive
* club membership (valid to June 30 2026)
* sausage sizzle lunch
* ENSW Merch
* Quality coaching from an EA Level 1 dressage coach.
* This is a great opportunity to just have a go at dressage. We are offering a test that has a small jump and two other standard tests plus instruction on the day. All you need is your horse , comfortable attire and a helmet that is up to current standards. Hi Everyone,

A friendly reminder that fundraising is the only source of funds that keep the costs low for membership and ground fees. If anyone is able to help out next Sunday please let us know! We need all hands on deck!! ‼️

We are also planning some upcoming working bees in preparation for our upcoming sports day.

We understand everyone has different availability so we are offering multiple dates. If members could 🤞please 🤞 let us know a date you’re able to come and help please put your name down!!

Without some more help from our members, sadly we will not be able to pursue these exciting events and opportunities, or we will need to look at raising the cost of ground fees and membership to cover costs of looking after our grounds. The comittee would love to offer more to our club members but we are absolutely spent, some of taking days off work and/or missing out on events to keep the club running at an affordable cost. We have been trying really hard guys, we just really need some help 🤲

If anyone could help with:

Mowing
Whipper snipping
Clearing fallen sticks and branches
Setting up before the event

Items you could bring to help:
Mowers
Whipper Snippers - the club only owns 1.
Tools for any repairs
Trailers to help move branches
Shovels/crow bars/rakes

Please find a date that suits you, and if it doesn’t let us know one that would!
