QUICK NOTE TO CLIENTS WHO BOOK AS THEY GO.

Appointments for the remainder of 2026 are already filling up fast. I have tentatively closed my books to new clients for the remainder of 2026, to make sure that existing clients have access to appointments as needed. However, if you book your appointments as you go, you may find it a little harder to secure a spot that works best for you.

If you would like to book the rest of your appointments for the year, please send me a message. Securing your appointments early means no second guessing, no worrying, and the security of having a spot saved just for you.

I will always try to accommodate changes and appointments, but remember - I'm one weirdo in a small home salon just doing their best. No staff no time off, just a small business with a big heart.

✨ UPDATES ON PRICING ✨

The new financial year comes with a few changes to pricing that will affect all small and medium grooms, as well as bath and tidy services.

In order to continue to offer one-on-one appointments that give your pups the time and care they deserve, all small grooms will increase by $15, and medium grooms will increase by $20. Baths and tidies will also increase in price slightly, while extra time surcharges will still stay at the standard price.

Discounts for clients who I see every 4 weeks or less will still apply, as will the discount for registered Service Dogs. If your SD sees me every 4 weeks or less, they are still eligible for both discounts!

I know money is tight for everyone, so I have been very careful to raise prices only as much as is absolutely necessary to keep the doors open and the lights on. Dramatic Paws will always be committed to being competitively and fairly priced, with the cost of a private session often still less expensive than in larger, busier salons.

🥂 TWO YEARS!! 🥂

Today marks two beautiful years since Dramatic Paws opened the big door and welcomed the first dogs in.

In that time, I've grown and learned, bonded and worked with some of the most incredible and dedicated clients I could ever ask for. It will forever be a privilege to have the community trust and support Dramatic Paws.

When I first opened, I began to carefully curated a client list that paired my unique abilities and talents with clients and pups that needed a little bit more from their grooming experience. A little more support, softness, patience, compassion and understanding that sometimes things can be scary, but that in my space, we will always be safe.

Thank you to all of the clients and pups who book, re-book, and show up through the insanity that life dishes out. Every single time I stand at the gate and watch you walk your dogs up, I am filled with pride and gratitude. Thank you, thank you, thank you for a wonderful two years! 🥰
