At Puppytopia, we believe that grooming should be a pleasant and enjoyable experience for your pet. We listen not only to you, but to your pet too, so that we can tailor our grooms to suit you, your pet and your lifestyle. We stress safety, compassion, and kindness for each and every pet, and invite you to come experience the difference! That is why we take the time to go for a short stroll with y

our best friend, and provide plenty of breaks during the groom as indicated by your pet. If your pet is fearful with any part of the treatment, we employ many techniques such as positive reinforcement to assure and calm your pet. We provide fully supervised socialisation if you choose to have your pet interact with other pets. If you have nervous pets, don't worry. We let your fur baby acclimatise to being left in our care for a minimum of 30mins before we start any treatment. During this time they get lots of pets & praises, treats if allowed and even some ball tossing if they are inclined to chase it. Hygiene is of utmost importance, and as such:
- All pets are hand washed as we do NOT use recycled water on your beloved pet, because we believe that for hygiene reason, your pet should NOT be sharing his shampoo water with someone else's pet. Imagine going to the hairdresser, and when the time comes for your hairwash, your head gets doused with water that has been used on somebody's hair! Isn't that a horrible thought? We think so too.
- Cages are disinfected and cleaned after every use.
- Equipments (such as scissors, & clipper blades) are disinfected and cleaned after every pet and throughout the day. What we offer:----------------

All treatments include:- Skin/Coat specific shampoo & bath- Ear clean + check, as well as ear hair pluck if required- A**l gland check & expression if necessary- Nail clip- Sanitary area & paw pads clip

dee - dee graduated from the Nash Academy of Animal Arts, USA with a Diploma of Professional Canine Grooming and Styling, as well as a Diploma in Professional Feline Grooming. dee is certified in Pet First Aid by the American Red Cross. She has also trained under Master Groomer Amy Wu in Singapore. dee won a Best in Technical Skills award in the Terrier and Sporting breed at Supergroom USA 2008 and is currently studying to become a Master Groomer. She has attended numerous training seminars overseas to keep herself updated with the latest techniques and news in the grooming world. dee provides high quality grooming for all breeds. Her particular strength is in Breed Trims, Hand-stripping, Show clips as well as handling pets with special needs.
