It is with a heavy heart that I share the difficult news that we have made the decision to close our doors permanently. This choice has not been made lightly and comes after much reflection. Unfortunately, due to a lack of support, personal health challenges, and the need to prioritize my well-being, I have no option but to take this step.
The journey has been nothing short of amazing, and I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have met so many wonderful fur babies and their families from near and far. Your support has meant the world to me, and I cannot thank you enough for the love and trust you have shown.
All online bookings will be reimbursed without question, but I kindly ask for your patience as we finalize these arrangements. We will personally reach out to each individual booking to ensure a smooth process.
I hope this message can be shared with all our furry friends and their families, as it is important to me that everyone is informed of this decision. Thank you for welcoming me into the Ballerina area and Ocean Grove community. While this chapter is closing, I will always cherish the memories we’ve created together.
