Looking for a unique gift for a friend with a furry friend? Our Fluffy & Co. gift cards are finally here—because pampering their pet is the ultimate way to show you care!

Perfect for birthdays, thank-yous, celebrations, or just because. We’ve had so many lovely customers ask us about this, and they’re finally live!

Here’s how to purchase one in just a few easy steps:
1. Head to our booking page on Fresha

2. On the homepage, tap the purple banner that says “Send a special gift card”

3. Tap “Continue” to get started
4. Choose a theme (Birthday, Love, Celebration—whatever suits!)

5. Select your amount ($30, $60, $120, etc.)

6. Fill in who it’s for, who it’s from, and add your personal message

7. Choose how and when to send it (email or message, now or later!)

8. Pay with Apple Pay or card, and voilà—it’s on its way!

The recipient will receive a beautifully presented digital card they can redeem with us through their Fresha app—easy, thoughtful, and sure to make their day.

Sweet Sakura—what an absolute white fluff ball she is! ☁️

This beautiful girl came in with a whole lot of dead undercoat, and left the salon completely sleek, smooth, and glowing. She was such a good girl for her pamper session, and we adored every moment with her.

A moment on the grid for Bentley the Standard Poodle!

When Bentley’s dad said, “Can you do a mohawk?”—our answer was an enthusiastic yes! Based on the inspo photo we were shown, Bentley is now rocking his very own modified poodle mohawk… because why not? Grooming should be fun, and hey—hair grows back!

Bentley was such a sweet, gentle boy during his groom, and we honestly think he pulled it off perfectly. Next time? We’re thinking a pop of colour to really complete the look!

We’ve been a little quiet on here since the Easter break—but only because the salon has been absolutely full with your gorgeous pets keeping us on our toes! 🤩

While we were away, we had the absolute pleasure of having the incredibly talented local artist Sammi Sparrow in the salon, creating a beautiful, hand-painted doggy mural on one of our walls. It’s soft, detailed, and full of heart—capturing the spirit of our space perfectly. We’re so happy with how it turned out and feel very lucky to now have her work as a permanent part of the salon.

Next time you’re in, be sure to take a look—we think you’ll love it as much as we do.

Happy Easter from all of us at Fluffy & Co!

Wishing all our amazing clients — furry and human — a safe, happy, and relaxing Easter break! 🐣

We’re taking a short pause to recharge and will be back in the salon from Tuesday 22nd April. Please note that Sophie will be taking an extra day and will return on Wednesday, so all messages and missed calls will be responded to between Tuesday 22nd and Wednesday 23rd.

With the salon reopening, Peta, Cas and Myf will already have their hands full on Tuesday getting everything back up and running — so we really appreciate your patience while we get caught up!

Thank you for your continued support this year. We’ve had the joy of welcoming so many new faces, while continuing to care for our beloved regulars — and we can’t wait to see what the rest of the year brings as Fluffy & Co. continues to grow and evolve.

We’re Full to the Brim This Week!

Just a quick note to let everyone know that we’re currently at full capacity as we’re only working three days this week before taking a well-deserved break over Easter.

We’ve worked hard to squeeze in as many extra appointments as possible to help those needing a last-minute groom before the holiday. Rest assured—it’s busy, but we’ve got this! We’re a strong team of five, working together to keep everything running smoothly and giving each pet the attention they deserve.

That said, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding, especially if we’ve managed to fit you in on short notice. Some clients booked well in advance, and we’re committed to making sure every dog receives the same level of care. If the salon looks full when you arrive, please wait patiently outside until others have dropped off or collected their pets. This helps us keep the space calm, safe, and efficient for everyone.

Our team is working incredibly hard to maintain the quality and care we’re known for. We will not rush any groom—your pets deserve a stress-free experience. We take pride in providing high-quality grooms and baths that are beautiful, neat, and thoughtfully finished. Every haircut reflects the attention to detail and care we put into our work.

Pet grooming is an investment, and we’re proud to say our services reflect that. With a combined team full of experience, skill, and heart, your pets are in very good hands.

Ahh, that’s us done for today!
The work doesn’t stop at 3pm around here—after a full day in the salon, we’re still behind the scenes answering messages, posting updates, and making sure you can see all the gorgeous grooms, all while juggling busy family life too.

We’re so grateful for our beautiful and loyal clients. We love welcoming your furry friends into the salon and helping them look and feel their best. This little local business has our heart and soul, and your support means everything.
