Lazy Bones Cat Rescue Lazy Bones Cat Rescue is a privately run cat rescue based on the outskirts of Goulburn, NSW. At the moment we are full, actually we are overflowing.

We will not be taking on any more cats for the foreseeable future. We may be able to assist with vetwork Our aim is to trap, rehabilitate and re-home cats and kittens from colonies in Goulburn. WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNWANTED CATS. We currently have 37 cats in care, most of which came from the streets of Goulburn however some of the cats are from Sydney and Canberra. We will gratefully accept donations

but we are not a registered charity. If you would like to make a donation or sponsor a cat, please send us a message. If you are interested in adopting one of our cats, please get in contact and we will arrange a meet and greet. All Lazy Bones cats are to go to indoor only homes, access to an outdoor enclosure is preferred but not essential. Female $300.00
Male $250.00

Not all cats that we trap are able to be be adopted due to behavioural issues, ongoing medical problems or they are too old (sadly we are yet to receive a request for an old cat). These cats will live out their lives at the rescue. All cats are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, flea and worm treated. All funds go towards the ongoing care of the cats that call Lazy Bones home and trapping and desexing of further cats.

Another successful adoption day today with 6 adult cats finding their forever homes 😻

Tinkerbell has been adopted!

This gorgeous lady is Tinkerbel and she is a 6 year old purebred Devon Rex.
She is dog and cat friendly and good with kids.
Tinkerbel is a Houdini extraordinaire so needs to be an indoor only cat of access to Alcatraz style catio.
Desexed, microchipped and vaccinated.
Loves cuddling on the couch.
Favourite food is BBQ chicken.
Located in ACT.
$600 adoption fee.

Big brave boy Dustin has had tail surgery. What was left of his tail was taken off. He now finds it easier to go to the toilet. He also had two of his teeth taken out.
Dustin has been through a lot living on the streets. It is evident in the chunks missing from his ears. However when Dustin had surgery, a bullet showed up on his xray. Dustin has been shot, a while ago, in his hind quarters 😢
Dustin needs a quiet home where he can relax and feel safe. He needs an indoor only home. An outdoor enclosure would be great but not essential. Since Dustin has been with us he has not wanted to go outdoors. I think he has had enough of being outside.
