⚠️ Lesson Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for the cancellation of any lesson — regardless of the reason.

Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice will not be charged.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will not be rescheduled or refunded, and the full lesson fee will apply, regardless of the reason.

Riders who have paid upfront for bulk lessons will still forfeit that session if cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Unfortunately, there were five no-shows today, most without any communication. This is not acceptable and wastes valuable lesson spots. If you cannot attend, please let me know so I can offer your spot to another rider or someone on the waitlist.
