Ohhhhh Jack, you’ve still got the moves! We had so much fun on the rally course at Bathurst Royal Show. Can’t explain just how much joy he still brings to my heart to be trialling with him. And to end the Rally Masters course with a perfect score of 100 and 1st place was just icing on the cake. And Dayzee, bless her, even in her now silent world, our communication has just evolved to a different phase and she finished her Rally Masters course on 98. Two very special and much loved partners 🐾💙💜🐾

Had another fun camping weekend, this time at Yass Showground, for the Canberra Scent Sport Club 2026 Scent Spectacular. Thrilled to bits with Jack obtaining his final qualification (& 3rd place) in Master Containers for not only his element title, but also his Scent Work Master title 🐾🤩🐾
Dayzee also added to her collection of quals, in Master Vehicles & Master Interior 🐾😍🐾

More adventures 🐾😎🐾
Had a great little trip with Jack & Dayzee to meet up with their son Indi & do a little trialling at Cessnock, then up at Tamworth. Always love catching up with Lil, and the pups certainly enjoy it too 💟
Thrilled to have Dayzee pick up two 2nd places in Rally Masters & Jack with two 3rd places, also in Rally Masters 🐾😍🐾

Back to Rally trialling! 🐾
2026 sees the introduction of the title of Rally Grand Champion, so we’ve decided to give it a crack. We need 10 qualifications of scores of 95 or more in Rally Masters. To kick off this journey, we have 3 quals each for both Jack & Dayzee from previous trials. On 9/1/26, we entered our first Rally Masters trial since May 2022, held by Oxley Dog Training Club at Tamworth. Both Jack & Dayzee came away with eligible quals in the double trial, now tallying 5 quals each and halfway through the journey already 🐾🎉🐾

Then earlier this week, we headed back to Tamworth to run Jack in a Scent Work trial, where he picked up a 1st place in Excellent Exterior 🐾💙🐾 The pups are as clever as ever 😁

Well that’s a wrap on our Scent Work trialling for 2025 🐾 We competed at the Dobermann Club SW trial held at Orchard Hills at the end of November, then at Tamworth for the Oxley SW trial at the start of December 🐾
Over the moon with Jack gaining his first qualification in Ultimate at the Dob trial. And between the two trials, Dayzee gained her final qualifications for her Vehicles element title 🎉
They are now titled as;

Huge congratulations to Jack’s daughter Tuna!

Last month she competed in the National Herding trials held in Tasmania with fantastic results. Well done Louise & Tuna 🐾🎉🐾

My beautiful Tuna (Ch Hobbsview Eye Was Made For Ewe RN TK.S HSAsd HSBd) competed at the National Herding trial recently.

She got qualifications in Starred A Ducks, Started B Ducks, and Novice A Ducks, winning 'High in Trial Novice A Ducks' and 'Highest Scoring Champion Border Collie. This award was in memory of her mother, Flex.

Ooops, nearly forgot to post these photos! 😅 Well, we followed on from the Qld State Titles with a couple of relaxing weeks at our favourite holiday spot, Moore Park Beach 😎. Yes, time for the usual beach spam, but this trip also captured a remarkable turtle that made a beeline for our camp, including the dogs. Very unusual! 🐾🐢🐾
