I have just made the hard decision to not go to Gatton Heavy Horse Field Day - Clydesdale and Heavy Horse Field Day this year due to both the high cost of diesel, the unavailability of it for the truck and the flow on effect to feed costs both for the horses and humans. Greenbrook has competed at Gatton every year since the Gypsy Cob classes were added in 2012 with the exception of 2020 when it was cancelled due to COVID, as I was told the other day these shortages and panic buying feels just like Covid without the germs.
Greenbrook will still sponsor classes and wish all those that can attend, a safe, enjoyable and successful show.

My young boys learning to bond, Greenbrook Wyndenvale, buckskin tobiano 15hh at 4 yrs old and Windenvale Gabriel bay almost 13hh at 15 months. Great to see them chilling together with just a hot wire fence between them. I want to be able to float and take these stallions out to compete together in the future.

Well worth the wait, we had a cracker of a big filly born just after 2am yesterday. This filly is everything you could ask for, great shoulder, length of rein, depth of body, clean straight legs coated in feather and a sweet head and soft inteligent eye. To top it all off she will mature 15hh+. Sire Watermark The Phanton and Dam SD Ladyhawke. We have named her Greenbrook Aquila, a name that represents her charistics, she is definitely one to watch in the future.

We have decided on a name for our new little man, Greenbrook Welkin, DOB 10/10/2025, Sire: Greenbrook Wyndenvale, Dam: Greenbrook Southern Sangria. PSSM1 and FIS clear, negative by birth.

So over the moon today, as Greenbrook Wyndenvale's first and only foal of the season was born, and he thew a buckskin. He has stamped this foal, still working on a name, It is a maiden mare foal so a tad raw and a little early. Welcome to the world little man.

The fillies are in to be weaned, they are the final foals by SD Bombay. Greenbrook Bombay's Legacy is being retained, Greenbrook Maharani was named by her new mum and Greenbrook Bombay Alaska whilst a very pretty chunky filly will not be as tall as her sisters, she will mature in the 14hh mark. She will make a top show prospect and a loving family member, PM for more details.

Greenbrook Wyndenvale 3 yr old c**t went to his first show today, results as follows: 1st Colourama Stallion, 2nd Best Presented Colourama, Reserve Champion Colourama. 1st Heavy Horse Stallion, 1st Best Presented Heavy Horse, Champion Heavy horse and topped it off with Grand Champion Stallion. I am ready for a nap lol
