Did you know your pet will wake up from anaesthesia with their tongue hanging out? 👅 We wait for their swallow reflex to return before we extubate and continue to monitor them very closely until they are fully conscious and sitting up 🩵🐾

These two little cuties, Luna & Leia came in for a casual visit today 🐶💖🐶 They were both very shy & unsure at first but we are seeing their trust & confidence grow! Lots of liver treats are definitely helping! 🩵🐾

Meet Chloe 🐶💞 This little sweetie came in to us with a sore, bloated belly and not being her usual, bright self. Upon a clinical examination, a blood test and an ultrasound, Dr Yolande determined that Chloe had a Pyometra, which is an infection of the uterus. Chloe went straight into emergency surgery, where her uterus and ovaries were removed.

Chloe recovered amazingly after surgery and we are so happy to see her thriving again! 🩵
