The phones in our office are still not working - please continue to log any issues / enquiries through our website.

We are receiving numerous requests regarding trees that have come down due to TC Alfred.

As we are sure you can appreciate, our team is working hard to attend to issues around the estate and as such issues are being completed on a priority basis e.g. clearing roads and pathways first.

Our team will work their way through the estate to address all issues.

Dear Residents,

We have been advised that the water supply has been interrupted to some residents, the issue appears to be affecting Northern Bay, Balmara and Tradition body corporates. We have lodged a job with GCCC and they are currently investigating the cause, they have provided a time estimate of 2 hours. Any updates received from GCCC will be posted here.
