Founded in 2015, ModnPods has since established turnkey commercial modular housing and accommodation solutions with an un-compromised commitment to quality and sustainability. Architecturally designed in-house, the business’ renewable modular pod range is utilised by numerous commercial clientele within the property development, tourism, education, agricultural, social housing and mining sectors.

Prefabricated on the Gold Coast using 90% Australian-made materials and products, ModnPods utilises lean manufacturing methods to guarantee accelerated turn-around times, while continuously upholding the calibre of workmanship. Turning waste into opportunity: a hands-on lesson in sustainability

As part of our Circular Material partnership with Coombabah SHS, students have been putting construction offcuts to great use, building dog kennels from materials that would have otherwise gone to recycling. This initiative is about creating real-world learning opportunities for students in the Industrial Technology and Design program. By working with repurposed materials, they’re developing valuable construction skills while working to divert, upcycle and reuse products from other recycling pathways.

A big shoutout to the students and teachers for bringing this to life. We’re proud to see environmental consciousness and skill-building come together!
