I am writing this email to express how wonderful and delighted I was with your service this afternoon. I am not only pleased with the response time of placing and picking an order, but the service I received when picking up my order. It was great to look around and see all the wonderful products and discover so many more new ones. I can happily say that it was great doing business with you and I will happily be a returning customer in the future. Many thanks,
Blake

Hi, Just a quick thank you for your service and advice, the light and heater arrived yesterday and all works well. Again thank you, Cheers John! Wendy from WA...
Hi, I just wanted to thank you again for sending the small pump to me so promptly – it arrived at home yesterday and I brought it in to work this morning so it’s now working wonderfully in the small tank. I didn’t need to wait long at all which is unusual considering we’re on the other side of the country! I appreciate your great service (which is why I keep returning to your site)!! Have a great week. Cheers, Wendy
