Some Afternoons I like to sit amongst the chickens whilst watching the horses graze in the house paddocks, listening to the birds, the water over flowing over the pool mezzanine & the goats talking amongst themselves. Why ! Becos moments like these are the ones that remind us to slow down, it’s ok to be silent as it’s in these moments that we are able to notice what we may miss amongst the business of our own lifestyles, our work commitments, stressful environments or situations and all the hustle and bussle that life may throw our way from time to time not to mention our overthinking minds. 🐓
When was the last time you allowed your self some time to just sit, within the silence to truely be able to see & hear yourself ?
