Good Morning to all our Wonderful Clients.
As from July 1st 2026 our prices will be increasing.
I want to be honest and give everyone as much notice as possible.
Our prices are reviewed annually at the end of the financial year. It's with much regret that we have to increase all our services by $5.
As everyone knows" cost of living" is hitting us all and small businesses are no exception. To be able to keep our doors open, this raise has become necessary.
This $5 increase/ services will allow us to help cover the increased running costs of our salon.eg. electricity, water, rates, wages, products etc. Also, enable us to continue to learn and improve by attending workshops, competitions and seminars within our industry's standards and trends. This knowledge then allows us to offer the most up to date care for your furbaby.
If this raise in prices will be of a concern for you, please reach out to us. We are here to look after your furbaby and can discuss options to ease some of your concerns.
Our revised price lists will be available at reception in coming weeks and our website will be updated as from July 1st to reflect the changes.
Again, this increase has become a necessity. I hope everyone can understand.

Hello, it's been awhile. Just a quick update on what's been happening. We have been booked a couple weeks in advance since December ,mainly because I have decided that we need to slow down( we aren't as young as we'd like to think we are). WE were all so exhausted after Xmas. So, to still have our continued quality of work and care for our furry clients, it means that we have cut our number of dogs down from 24/day to 16 - 18. It has allowed us to breathe and connect with each dog better. Hope you can understand this decision.
Also, we have had a few staff changes. We have Rachael return to us for a couple hours each day, we have a new bather Rebecca, who we have been training,also Tiffany who has been here now for 2yrs will be moving up to groomers assistant with myself and Tara overseeing her grooming training.
BIG NEWS......and I know I'm a bit late with this but Tara travelled down to the Royal Easter Show in Sydney. Tara did us proud once again by achieving 2nd in the highest level" A ",Salon Freestyle with her poodle Yuki that she transformed into a Kerryblue terrier trim. Also awarded certificate of merit for her handstripped English cocker also in Level A.

Our next Competition will be the Pup Cup down in Coffs Harbour. We will be closed to attend the seminars, check out new equipment and of course Tara will be competing in 4 classes.
We will be closed Fri 10th July and Reopen Wed 15th July.

Hey Everyone, just wanted to share how PROUD we are to have a pet stylist like Tara working with us. Our industry's last grooming competition for the year, was held last week, Ausgroom '25 in Brisbane. Tara again did what she loves and does best. A gorgeous Asian style groom on our client Tilly. A lovely little maltese, who excelled in her first competition. Bringing home 1ST PLACE .Thankyou so much Maggie for allowing us to use Tilly. 🙏💐Also, Tara created a bedlington terrier trim on her own poodle Yuki and placed 2ND. Just amazing 👏. A last minute inclusion was a border terrier named Steve which Tara did her best on but didn't place, however, the critique from judges was invaluable and the learning continues. Thankyou Dom for stepping in last minute.
Every grooming competition takes months of preparation, study and organising. Thankyou to all our clients that understand this. Industry events like Ausgroom, Pup Cup and Groomathon are needed for our profession to learn, grow, improve and develop our skills. Huge shoutout to all those involved in bringing these competitions to our profession. They all invested their time, knowledge and experience to host n judge these events. 👏👏👏👏👏 Thankyou.

WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!
PUP CUP in Coffs Harbour over the weekend.
Weather was atrocious but OMG Tara again did use proud. Not only did she place 1st in both her classes ( cocker spaniel and her own poodle masquerading as a bedlington) Tara also took out Best in Show for modern styles.
Soooo super proud of my head stylist and excited for our next competition in September in Brisbane. Huge thanks to all our clients for their support especially Jaye James for helping with last minute complications when our original cocker spaniel couldn't make it.

Hello to All,
This is just a quick post to inform everyone that as per usual at the end of the financial year, our prices are reviewed and adjusted as needed.
This year has been challenging as it's a balancing act with the cost of living effecting everyone, including running a small business. So, as of July 1st, some of our services have had to increase, new services, fees n charges have been added ,but, our VIP discount still remains.
The new price list is available at reception and will be on our website from July 1st when these new changes come into effect.
If these changes cause any hardship, please come and talk to us as your pet is our priority.
A HUGE THANKYOU to all our furry clients and their parents for your support over the last 18yrs and we look forward to continuing to do our best for your furbabies.

Well, another year coming to a close. It's been a busy and eventful 2024. Tara did us proud with her competition wins.We learnt so much at our industry seminars ( gotta keep up with grooming trends)Bought some new tools at the trade shows and upgraded some others.Samantha joined us in July, and completed our team of 4. Tiffany is now off on maternity leave and we wish her all the best. The new face in the photo is Kylie, our newest team member, and comes to us with 10yrs grooming experience. Thankyou to all our furry clients and their parents (old and new), who have supported us throughout the year/s. You all truly make our job a pleasure. We want to wish you and your loved ones a Merry Xmas and a Safe New Year.
We are now closed for a Xmas break and we REOPEN Tues 7th January 2025.

Hey Everyone, We've been busy this weekend at Brisbane Groomathon held at Ipswich. Seminars, tradeshow and competitions.
Thankyou to all our clients for understanding that we love to learn and compete. With 6wks till Xmas plus a heatwave, it's not ideal I know,but we want to give the best of us and this was the last industry event for the year.
We learnt so much, bought new gear,and Tara competed in 4 classes managing to place 2nd with Jett( client's cocker spaniel, thanks Jaye),and did her best with other grooms. It's not always about winning, but, the chance to get your work critiqued from the best in the business.
With the run on now to Xmas we are back to work as normal, however, we do have a break over New Year period. So please note...
We close Sat 21st Dec -- reopen Tues 7th Jan '25.
Congrats to Tara, she did us proud!!!!
