🐾 Meet the Face Behind Furminator 🐾

Hi everyone! I thought it was time to introduce myself and share a little bit about the face behind Furminator Dog Groomers. 🐶💗

I’m Tayla a 22-year-old mum to my beautiful two-year-old son, and I’m incredibly proud to be the owner of Furminator. I’ve now owned the business for two years, but my journey with Furminator actually started even earlier, as I worked within the business for two years before becoming the owner.

Being a young mum and a business owner means life is always busy! I’m a devoted mum first and foremost, while also working hard to grow and care for a business that I’m so incredibly passionate about. Some days can be challenging trying to balance motherhood and work, but I wouldn’t change it for the world. ❤️

Furminator is more than just a business to me. It’s something I’ve put my heart, time and energy into, and I feel so lucky to have built such a wonderful community of clients and their beautiful fur babies.

Every day I get to do what I love, surrounded by dogs, while also working hard to create a life and future for my son. He is my biggest motivation and the reason behind everything I do. 🥹💗

Thank you to everyone who has supported me and Furminator Dog Groomers over the years. Whether you’ve been with me from the beginning or have only recently joined our Furminator family, I appreciate every single one of you more than you know.

💛 A Little Update from Us

To our wonderful Furminator family,

We just wanted to let you know that, due to the rising cost of living, there will be a small price increase starting from 1st May, with an additional $5 added to each service.

This wasn’t an easy decision for us, and we truly appreciate your understanding and continued support—it means so much to our small business.

We also want to make sure we’re still looking after everyone in our community, so pension card holders will not be affected and will continue to pay the current pricing.

Furminator Dog Groomers is looking for an experienced Casual Dog Groomer to join our friendly, in-store team.

About the role:
- In-store dog grooming services
- Bathing, clipping, styling, and handling dogs with care
- Delivering a high standard of grooming and customer service

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous dog grooming experience (essential)
- Is reliable, punctual, and professional
- Is confident handling dogs of all sizes and breeds
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Has a genuine love for animals

What we offer:
