Weekly Prep Work on these 4 cuties for the Ausgroom Competition!!!
It's been tough prepping 3 toy poodles & 1 Pomeranian to the lead up for the big days.
My nerves are starting to kick in 🙈🙉🙈 I don't know what got into me, but I'm signed up to 3 categories. Good God help me 😖😓😣

My very first attempt on a real dog (my dog). I did not think or map what I planned on doing...I just purchased these pet friendly dyes and they were looking at me screaming...."USE ME!! USE ME!!
I FREESTYLED IT and it actually turned out... surprisingly!!

Soo much fun!!!

🌞 Heat Stroke in Pets: Know the Signs & Keep Them Safe! 🌞

In the past 24 hours, we’ve seen an alarming number of pets with heat stroke. With temperatures soaring, it’s crucial to be especially cautious with pets at higher risk, including brachycephalic breeds (like Bulldogs, Pugs, and Persian cats) and pets with heart disease. These animals are more susceptible to overheating and can struggle to cool down effectively.

🌡️ Signs of Heat Stroke:
• Excessive panting or difficulty breathing
• Drooling or glazed eyes
• Weakness, lethargy, or collapsing
• Vomiting or diarrhea
• High body temperature

🚨 What to Do:
If you suspect heat stroke, contact your vet immediately or head straight to the nearest veterinary clinic. Avoid ice or cold water – it can shock their system!

🧊 Prevention Tips:
• Always provide fresh, cool water and shade.
• Avoid exercise during peak heat hours.
• NEVER leave pets in a parked car, even briefly.
• For at-risk pets, consider a cooling vest, mat, or fan for extra comfort. 🐾💧
