A 3 year old domestic medium hair cat. His foster carers house is undergoing renovations.
He had a new carer lined up but they have pulled out
He needs something by tomorrow before the renovations start as the carer is unable to keep him confined while the trades people are there.

Hes a big sweetheart who loves people. He was traumatised by kids in his last home so just needs a home where kids will understand to give him space.
Cat friendly. Untested on dogs.

9 week old German Shepherd x staffy pups.
Their carer can no longer look after them and wants them moved by tomorrow.
They're sweet pups who are picking up toilet training.
They're crate trained.
Good with other dogs and love people.

Donations needed!

We have this sweet girl arriving next week. Olive was left in a pound heavily pregnant 💔
We are in need of some supplies for her foster carer.

Things we need:
- puppy pads
- wet and dry puppy food (we've included photos of prefered brands but accept any)
- cleaning supplies (disinfectant wipes, paper towel, garbage bags)
- puppy collars
- puppy wormer

Can you help with any of this?
If so we have drop off points in Corio, Grovedale, Armstrong Creek or Drysdale.
We also can get dog food collected from any of the local pet stores.

Tank update!

So Mr Tank arrived at his foster carers house yesterday afternoon. Safe to say hes settling in well.
Hes become great friends with his carers boxer pup Mav and they spend alot of time snuggling.

His carer has renamed him Goose, and the best news yet.... he's going to adopt him!

Thank you everyone who shared this sweet boys post. We were able to make magic happen and get this boy into an amazing and loving home.

CARER NEEDED FOR THIS LONG WEEKEND ONLY!!
tank has a carer who can take him from tuesday, is ahyone able to offer him a short term home for easter?!

Could you imagine what it feels like to get injured and then be left in a creek for dead?
Unfortunately this sweet boy can. 💔
He was found in a creek in NSW with a spinal and leg injury.
Luckily he was found. But not lucky enough as he's since been sitting in a pound all alone for over 2 months.

His physical wounds have healed, but he needs love.
The wonderful Wayne who helps transports dogs for us heard this boys story and got him out of the pound because he knows he needs a warm comfy bed to sleep in and a family to love him.
Wayne reached out to see if we could take him on.

We need a foster carer for this sweet boy.
He is arriving TOMORROW (Thursday 17th) in Geelong.
Can you help us help him?

This special boys name is Tank. He is just 1.5 years old. He is a boxer x bulldog. He is around the 25-30kg mark.
He is said to be great with other dogs.
He can be a bit weary of new people, but we really don't blame him after what he's been through.
After he's arrived and settled in we'll need to get him out to our vet for desexing and for a good check over just to make sure he doesn't need any further checks for the injuries he sustained. This will be covered by us.

We also have food available for his foster carer!

Midnight is very patiently waiting for his family 🐈‍⬛

Midnight is a gorgeous boy who wants nothing more than snuggles with his humans.
He cuddles up in his foster mums bed at night and will sit by her and follow her around the house.

‼️ Experienced German Shepherd foster carer needed ‼️
Located Geelong

Meet Allie and Coby.
Sadly this pairs owner has recently passed away. Because of this we need to get them into a foster home.

Allie is a great girl who the owner had had since a puppy. She's dog friendly, people friendly, kid friendly and excellent in the car.
She is 8 years old and desexed.

Coby on the other hand has a few more challenges. He is very protective of his home and his owner. Coby had only been with his owner for about 4 years. Prior to this he lived with another male who also sadly passed away. We think Coby has had limited exposure to women. He's also not been around kid and quite anxious in the car.
He loves playing in water and going on walks.
He is 9.5 years old and desexed.

We're looking for a foster home where the carer has experience with German Shepherds. There is also the option of foster with view to adopt.

🐶 Sprout update! 🐶

‼️ We are in desperate need of help with Sprouts vet costs ‼️

As some of you are aware Sprout came into care 3 weeks ago. Shes been seen by Bannockburn Veterinary Clinic where she recieved diagnostic procedures which was then sent to Geelong Animal Referral Services for further investigation.

Sprout saw Dr Ricky at GARS where it was found that she has bilateral congenital elbow luxation. She also has two dislocated shoulders and her hip joints are also separating/dislocating.
The diagnostic imagining between the 2 vets which included 2 lots of x-rays, CT scans and blood work cost us $3300 alone.
Amazingly though, with all your support, we've been able to cover these costs!

We've since had a meeting with Dr Ricky last Wednesday (9th April) to discuss options.
Sprout needs surgery on her elbows urgently as this needs to be corrected while she's a puppy. If it's left too long it can cause permanent damage that may not be able to be reversed. This surgery is booked in for the 30th of April.

The estimated cost for this surgery is $4412.98.
The purpose of this surgery will be to allow Sprout to walk. Currently she has no control or ability to use her elbows. By doing this surgery it will correct how the elbows are growing and move the joint back into correct positioning.

As for her shoulder and hip joints, these need to be reassessed as she grows. There is the potential that she may not need surgery on them and they will be manageable. But for those joints that can't be determined until she's finished growing.

Our aim is to help Sprout to be able to be more able-bodied so she can play like other dogs. Her elbows currently are causing her some pain and discomfort which will resolve with this surgery.

So please if you can spare even $5 it would not only mean so much to us, but has the potential to be life changing for little Sprout!

Some of you may be aware of some kitties that were spotted at Armstrong Creek Community Centre recently.
We're glad to say that mumma and 2 bubs have finally been reunited with the other 2 bubs. It's taken 2 weeks and alot of help and a team effort but we've finally got there.
We'll still have people checking the spot for the next few days just to make sure all kittens have been secured as we don't want to leave any behind!

A special thanks to Lisa from Project Meow Geelong, Taasha (who managed to trap mum and last 2 kittens), Rhys, Amber, Michelle and everyone else in the community who's been checking the spot for the last 2 weeks and sitting out with traps.
It's so good being able to work as a team to help some precious fur babies.

Mumma and her babies are settling in well. Mummas quite scared but is in good hands to learn that humans are friends.
