We have just made the R.O and Salt water a little easier to find in the online store. It now comes up on the Reef and River main page for easier ordering.

We will be shortly carry a larger range of Fluval filters. Including hang on and external. The shipment is due to arrive next week and this stock will be available online later in the week.

Our Eheim order of Classic and Pickup filters was delayed to wholesaler stock issues. The stock that we could get is on its way to Geelong now.

There has been a new shipment of Hikari frozen food arrive yesterday. Look out for it in the online shop next week.

Finally the Reef and River online shop will be made alive tomorrow the 6th of June.

It has taken some time to get it set up. There have been many setbacks along the way. Even within the last fortnight we have had a large supplier of products, turn around and not support us. For this reason the online store still has much work to do. New products have to be found, too replace ones that we can't not get anymore. This will take time. There is a large Seachem order arriving later this week. Eheim will be arriving when a container arrives at the wholesaler soon.

Reef and River is back, please check out the new web site and online store. No livestock is available online. Let us know what you think. Remember that we are still only a phone call away.

Hello to all of our followers on Facebook. Time for another up date on what is happening with Reef and River.

The start of the new web site is now able to be seen. As well there is a little taste of the online store. It is still a work in progress, but in 2 weeks it will be able to be used. It will not have all the products loaded into it. There have been many hold ups, there as been a massive number of products loaded into the online store. I believe that there is nearly 3000 already. Also trying too work out what we are going to stock as well has given us a few issues.

We still have problems with a major supplier which could mean that we have to change "again" some product ranges that we stock. But all the products in the online store will not be changing once they get added in.

At the moment you can phone us on 0448296052 or the old shop number 52222424. If you require any goods before the online store goes live.

Yesterday we ordered the first of the Hikari frozen foods. Which should arrive by the end of this week. Unfortunately we can not get all Hikari frozen foods that we would like. The wholesaler was out of stock. but a new container will arrive shortly. We will do another order in the next 3 weeks so we will have a large range of Hikari frozen products available . There will be frozen food for marine and fresh water fish in the first delivery.

We have also just ordered a large range of Hikari pellets which will be arriving early next week. We will be stocking more Hikari food in the new online shop then the old Ormond Road shop.

We now have freezers again, which means that we can stock frozen snake and turtle food. We are looking at getting the first frozen rats and mice in next Thursday. If anyone would like too place a order please let us know by Monday.

Frozen fish, prawns and blood worm trays will be available shortly as well.

If anyone is after crickets we are able to supply them on Thursday, but let us know by Monday please.

Salt and RO water is available, but now as a Swap and Go in 20 litre drums.

Just a up date on the new store.
The new web page with the online store has been given to the new web hosting company. They will now take the many hours of Bryce's hard work of laying down the ground work and make work that it runs smoothly. We hope that things will be up and running shortly, even on a limited basis. Janene is loading hundreds of products into the system.

Over the next few days we shall finalise our new product range.

Please remember that we shall still do special orders on big ticket items. The product range will be increasing, some products will be changing.

We will be holding all of our stock in Geelong, that appear in the new store.

We are not a drop shipper that just operates from a computer and has no stock on hand. All products are brands that have been stocked at Ormond Road. These are full Australian sourced products, from the Australian wholesalers.

We are not selling or never will sell "grey imports"

Customers will be able to come to our new facility at this stage by appointment. We are already selling products to people that call in. Customers are able to pick or have their orders delivered for a flat fee covering the entire Geelong region. Shortly the van will be stocked as a mobile shop as well! For home visits and consulting work.

Are there customers that would like to be able too order crickets from the new shop. We are thinking of doing a weekly order of crickets. These would be available on a Thursday for collection. You would have to pre order before Tuesday afternoon!

"Swap and Go" RO water and Salt water in 20lt new drums are now available. Drums are $15.00 each, water is .25c/lt for both salt and RO.

It's been a little while since we have given a up date for Reef and River.
A little over a week ago we, closed the doors for the last time on Ormond Road. After Nearly 18 yrs, it has been a huge task to clean and move everything out.

Since moving out, the online store is been setup by both Bryce and Janene.

This is a huge undertaking to input the large range of products the we will be selling. The number of dry goods will be increasing, we will be holding them in stock in Geelong in the new facility.

We are now able to supply some products so if something is needed please phone the old shop number. It can still be used to get in contact with us

The online shop will still be a couple of weeks away.

We also have salt water available for purchase again. RO water will be available soon.

We are giving away the shop tanks in the following sizes. These must be picked up before Wednesday at lunch time or they will be thrown into the recycling bin and smashed. Some tanks have stands and they will be cut up!

The reef tank is available for sale, it is 5ftx2.5ftx2.5ft, made with 12mm glass.. Including its current stand and a replacement tank frame,$150.00 for all 3.

It does have a crack in the overflow which can be easily repaired
