I love drying my Dahlia petels after I have enjoyed having a bunch in a vase❤ I can use them in spell work for love and happiness, in a nice relaxing bath mix or I can even see them being used as wedding confetti.

I've shared this today because it has helped balance my emotions and get my crap together this past fortnight.. How you ask, well instead of my usual meditation I have been visualizing the chakra points throughout my body starting from the root chakra up and using these affirmations at each chakra, when I felt balanced and calm I moved to the next up.
