What a fantastic day out for the Ridley Park team at Round 2 of the Mallala Winter Series! We are incredibly proud of all our riders and horses who gave it their all, supported one another, and represented Ridley Park with determination, teamwork, and plenty of smiles.

Clear rounds, ribbons, personal achievements, and happy horses — we couldn’t ask for more! Every rider should be proud of their efforts, sportsmanship, and the way they supported each other throughout the day.

🎶 It’s the eye of the tiger, it’s the thrill of the fight… 🎶 🐴❄️
round one done !
Round 2 of the Mallala Winter Series is on this weekend and the Ridley Park crew are ready to channel their inner Rocky! 🥊
Our horses are warmed up, riders are focused, and we’re hoping for flying rounds and happy ponies all weekend long 💪🐎
Come out and support our amazing competitors as they brave the cold, tackle the jumps, and chase those clear rounds like true champions.
Ringside cheering, coffee drinking, and dramatic “Rocky training montage” energy highly encouraged!

We also wish today very happy birthday to Bruce 🎉 — our resident expert, chief banter provider, and the man who keeps all the girls entertained while somehow still teaching them all something new. Thanks for all the support, laughs, and wisdom you bring to the team. We hope you have a fantastic day celebrating!

What a fantastic day at the first round of the Winter Series we had on Sunday ❄️🐴
We had a great time out with our riders and horses, and there were some awesome results across the day with a few clear rounds to celebrate!
A big shout out to Hope and Luna for their clear round 👏
And to Mahli and Snoopy for not only jumping a clear round, but also bringing home a 4th in the 85-90cm and a 5th place in the 75-80cm 🏅🎉
We’re so proud of all our riders and horses for their hard work and effort. Bring on the next round! 💙

Months of early mornings, hard work, determination and teamwork all lead to days like this. We are so proud of every single student for stepping into the arena and giving it their all. Remember — success isn’t just ribbons, it’s courage, growth, partnership and enjoying the ride with your horse. ❤️

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mums at Ridley Park Equestrian Centre 💐🐴
From the early mornings at the stables to the late afternoons spent cheering from the arena shelter, horse mums are truly something special. You’re the ones packing tack boxes, plaiting manes, holding nervous hands before competitions, celebrating every little win, and always offering love, support and encouragement along the way.
In the equestrian world, we know it’s not just about riding horses — it’s about the community, dedication and heart behind every rider. And so much of that heart comes from our mums.
Thank you for every lift to lessons, every muddy boot cleaned,, and every sacrifice made so dreams can grow in the saddle.
Today we celebrate you — the steady hands, the biggest supporters, and the true backbone of our equestrian family.
Wishing all our amazing mums a beautiful Mother’s Day filled with love, laughter and maybe even a little horse time 🤍

✨ A few have chosen the Dark Side (we’re looking at you, the one who refuses jumps 👀)
✨ And at least one thinks it’s a speeder bike, not a dressage horse

This morning we pause to remember.
On this Anzac Day, Ridley Park Equestrian Centre honours the courage, sacrifice, and spirit of all those who served and continue to serve especially in these challenging times. Their legacy lives on in the freedoms we hold close and the quiet strength found in community.
In the stillness of early mornings, in the rhythm of hooves on earth, and in the unspoken bond between horse and rider, we are reminded of something deeper , trust, loyalty, and companionship. The very qualities that carried so many through the hardest of times.
Our horses teach us patience and presence. Our community reminds us we never stand alone. And today, more than ever, we reflect on how important that connection is to each other, to the land, and to those who came before us.
We are grateful. We remember. We carry their spirit forward in the way we support one another, lend a hand, and stand side by side.
Lest we forget.

What an incredible Easter weekend for the Ridley Park Equestrian Centre crew at Waikerie! 🐣🐴
We are so grateful for every single person who pitched in – from cooking up feeds (for both horses and humans 😅), wrangling ponies, feeding, grooming, scooping p**p (lots of it!), and making sure our girls were looked after every step of the way. It truly takes a village, and we are thankful we have the best one ❤️
A special shoutout to Sharon Bayly for coming through with emergency hay – you absolutely saved the day and our ponies from “starving” 🤣🌾
Thanks to our resident photographer Sasha for the fabulous images !
To our amazing girls – we couldn’t be more proud of you. Not just for the ribbons (which were well earned! 🏅), but for everything you learnt, the resilience you showed, and the way you supported your horses all weekend. That’s what it’s really about.
And of course, our wonderful horses – the real stars of the show 💫
We came home clutching ribbons , extremely tired, a little dirty and dusty , hay in places it shouldn’t be 🤣🤣but so full of pride and gratitude.
Bring on the winter series !

While the horses are still searching for Easter eggs… our riders are out here chasing goals instead! 🐣✨
We’re away at the Waikerie Easter Show and it’s been so great seeing everyone step up, build confidence, and achieve what they’ve been working towards – we’re incredibly proud of them all! 💛
We’ll share results very soon…
In the meantime, we hope your Easter is full of chocolate, sunshine, and happiness 🥕😆
We can’t wait to see everyone back in the saddle next week when classes resume! 🐎✨

🐰🌸 Easter Long Weekend Closure 🌸🐰
Ridley Park Equestrian will be closed from Friday, April 3rd through to Monday, April 6th for the Easter long weekend.
We hope all our riders, families, and four-legged friends enjoy a safe, relaxing, and chocolate-filled break 🐴🥕
We’ll be back in the saddle the following weekend !
