ANNOUNCEMENT: We are thrilled to announce that Luci & Josh from Canine Culture Australia will be taking over the management of the daycare, whilst I take a back seat & re-focus my energy on the pet sitting side of the business.
We have been recommending the CC team for many years now & I am so lucky to be able to entrust the management of the day-to-day operations of the daycare to them. Our two teams have come together to ensure you will continue to receive the best possible care when it comes to all of your canine's needs.
Whilst I will miss you all - & especially your dogs - so very much, I am excited to see what comes forth from this new endeavour & hope that you understand the need for me to reevaluate & readjust my work/life balance.
The change-over will officially occur on the 1st October &, as such, Capital Paws will be terminating our daycare schedule on the 27th September to become Canine Culture. I know this is extremely short-notice, for which I apologise, however Luci & myself will make ourselves available to you for any questions or concerns you may have over the next week's transitional period. Additionally, the amazing Xandria will be staying on for a while to facilitate the new team becoming accustomed to your dogs and vice versa 😊
For those wanting to continue on with daycare, CC are more than happy to bring our clients straight over into their 'Day School' service, with a couple of weeks' trial period in order to ascertain whether your dog is integrating well or not. Please message us either here or via email & we can send you a welcome information pack & the link to book in via their KennelBooker system.
As a final note: I have absolutely loved getting to know you all & count myself lucky to have met every single one of you. You have remained loyal & supportive through all of the ups and downs & I am so humbled by your kindness. Your dogs really do mean the world to me & have provided me with endless love, entertainment, licks, and snuggles; for which I will remain ever thankful. Please give your dogs an extra big hug for me, from 'Aunty Pip' ❤️ (and enjoy this series of selfies with some of them from over the last few years of daycare!)
