The next session will be 7th September at 8.00 - 9.00.

It is Fathers Day, it maybe a short session or if we do not make minimum numbers we will have the day off!

It will be at the Pioneer Dog Park, Dawson Avenue, Forrestfield.

Cost - $20 on the day either cash or direct transfer.

IF YOU ARE ON THE RESERVE LIST, PLEASE DO NOT JUST TURN UP AND EXPECT TO ENTER THE TRAINING.

I reserve the right to exclude a dog/owner from the sessions.

I will allocate spaces as the comments are received into my inbox - my decision is final.

Maximum of 15 dogs, on leash and one dog per person. Minimum of ten.

As of 1 June 2025 all dogs must have had our leash sessions to ensure the owner has a level of control to maintain the safety of the other group members.

Note - if we haven't seen your dog in a long time we may ask for session before accepting them back into group.

Please bring water, treats, fav toy and pooh bags. Sunscreen for your dog, if needed and yourselves.

What a glorious Perth spring morning it was this week a change after all the rain!
Today at group we welcomed Luna, Drioct and Fletcher.
We worked on movement towards and in close proximity to the dogs.
The trio of 'newbies' worked really well.
The 10 minutes we started the dogs of on relaxation/decompression after the 'rigours' of the exercises
Thankyou to Mrs Mc helping out with Fletcher and taking photos.
I hope you all enjoyed the session.

A blustery & chilly session this morning!
As is often the case this made the dogs a little more fractious.
We concentrated on movement along an 'avenue' that got narrower with each evolution.
Remember be calm, confident and relaxed on the lead.
I threw out the challenge to do 24 hour without verbally communicating with your dog ... I think only three agreed to have a bash at this task!
I got some photos but then ended up handling dogs! If any one else grabbed some feel free to share in the comments.

The rain stayed off! Hopefully that's not the only part of this week's group session that you will remember! 😂😂
We welcomed Zane to the group and even though he did not get into the 'middle' of the gang he did very well.
We started off with some basic movement in three groups, which was meant to be a feeder exercise leading to the final exercises ... however .... the middle part took a lot longer than I anticipated! We ended up discussing how your dog may communicate its intent to react.
Always listen to your pal and then help them make the right decisions!
