It's winter again, which means sled dog racing is in full swing and we are running away for our yearly R&R!

For our long-time customers, you’ll be happy to hear that we’re keeping the retail store open this year. Our awesome team will be running things while we’re away. Just a heads up, a couple of delivery dates will change, so make sure to note those.

Brisbane folks, there’s only one delivery coming your way in June instead of the usual two. If you need to stock up your freezers, make sure to catch the delivery on May 26th.

We regret to inform our customers that, due to the rising cost of fuel, we have made the difficult decision to change our previously free home delivery service for orders over $100 to a charge of $10 per delivery. We are committed to offering our customers reasonable prices so that as many people as possible can provide their dogs with a healthy, fresh food diet. However, we can no longer absorb the significant increase in costs associated with running our delivery service.

We sincerely apologize for this change, but it has become necessary to ensure the continued success of our business.

This new charge will take effect for all orders placed on or after Monday, April 13th.
