We are finally home after our interstate ordeal, and Jet visited our local vet today for another round of blood work. I'm happy to report that everything is starting to recover, including his red and white blood cells. There's still a lot of quiet recovery ahead, but we are largely out of the woods. Thank you to everyone for your messages! ❤️

Due to delays in getting home, we have postponed Saturday's Brisbane delivery to Sunday. If you have a pending delivery in our system for this weekend, you should have received a text message from me today.

Everything else is back to normal. Stock levels are generally good, and those that are low will be replenished tomorrow as production resumes.

Thank you to all our wonderful customers for your patience and understanding during this time. GDV is fast and can often be fatal. For a while, we didn't know if we would bring our boy home alive or dead. It took all our focus to get through it, and now we can return to our everyday life. ☺️

We are currently stranded in Victoria with our team and our little spotted man, Jet, who is very sick and recovering from GDV surgery.

Anthony and I traveled to Kialla, Victoria, to participate in a sled dog race over the weekend. On Monday morning, everything took a turn for the worse with Jet. We almost lost him, but thanks to quick intervention and excellent veterinary care, he is now fighting back and may be stable enough for us to begin our journey back to Queensland tomorrow with the rest of the team.

In the meantime, our shop remains open, thanks to our amazing staff. However, our stock may run low as production will not resume until we return. As of now, this Saturday's delivery to Brisbane is still planned. If there are any changes, I will reach out to all customers with an alternative plan.

Winter brings sleddog season, and the Spot On Team takes some time to recharge in the forest, racing along the trails.

This year, we will be closed for only one week in July, from the 8th to the 12th. There will be some changes to delivery schedules, but these will be the only disruptions for the year. Our dedicated staff will ensure that the shop is well-stocked and ready for customers.
