After recovering from surgery and influenza, Lucy is re-opening All Paws & More at 16 Hamley Terrace, Finnis. If you would like an appointment, please ring 0493 416 145.

Lucy has had a lot of messages while she's been sick, and she is trying to contact those people who are waiting for appointments.

Due to Lucy's surgery and 6 weeks recovery needed, the Strathalbyn store is closing permanently from Friday 6 June 2025.

She is reopening in late July from her home in Finnis.

All clients with appointments booked while she is off work have received a text and/or phone calls to cancel or reschedule.

Hi everyone. We are inundated with text messages and phone calls. We are trying to get back to everyone but it’s really difficult when trying to work. I am having surgery on 6th June and am trying to adjust appointments accordingly. I will be off work for 6 weeks after surgery and will be recommencing grooming at a different location. Hi everyone, thank you for your patience. I have now had an answer to what has happened to my knee, I have torn my meniscus root off the bone of my knee which is what was causing the immense pain. I will be back at work tomorrow Wednesday the 21/5 but limiting what I am able to do. My phone has been ringing non stop to the point I have not been able to listen or return all the calls, please be patient I am doing my best under difficult circumstances. Regards Lucy

Hi everyone we are taking holidays from:

Saturday 30th September to Monday 9 October.
The shop will be closed.
We are reopening Tuesday 10th October for normal business hours.

Our phone will not be answered during our break as I will be out of service so please do not leave messages but call us on the 10th October.

This is a very needed break for both of us as we are nearly fully booked until Christmas.

If you are wanting an appointment for you dog before Christmas you will need to book in now.
