New arrival! Red Shiso is here!

With its vibrant burgundy leaves and serrated edges, red shiso (Perilla frutescens) adds a bold visual statement to any dish. But it's not just about the looks — this microherb delivers a unique flavor profile that’s hard to forget: tangy, earthy, slightly minty with hints of cinnamon and clove.

Perfect for cocktails, sushi, salads, or as a colorful garnish that turns heads and wakes up the palate.

Chervil microherbs are related to parsley and even look similar in appearance once the true leaves appear.

Chervil has a unique taste with an almost sweet aniseed burst that makes it a firm favourite with chefs.

The seed is also edible and is often still attached to the leaf even when grown to a bigger size.

Who said a salad has to be boring. Miso glazed tofu with pickled cabbage. Also contains lots of Pea Tendrils, Geen tatsoi and Coriander. Health overload!! ❤️🌱

Trio of Radish (China Rose, Green and Purple Radish).

I really am falling in love with these Radish varieties. From the bold purple stems and leafs of the purple (Rambo) Radish to the pretty pink stems and green leafs of the China Rose Radish, they certainly add plenty colour and contrast.

They are flavoursome and very nutritious. A perfect addition to all of our mixed variety crates ❤️🌱

Full crates of Red Deer mustard out for delivery today.

These microgreens look immense and pack a punch with a strong mustard flavour. They grow quite big and therefore go a long way as you only need a couple of them on the plate to complete any dish ❤️🌱
