Based in a beautiful farm-based setting in Falls Creek, NSW, the successful candidate will join a small, multidisciplinary team with an established client base, ready for immediate support. This role involves using horses as co-facilitators to address physical, emotional, and cognitive challenges in participants, primarily through individual counselling sessions. We are looking for a proactive employee who is keen to develop and grow professionally within our specialised setting.

Training Provided: No farm or horse experience? No problem! We provide training in horse care and safety for the right clinical candidate.

The Details:
💰 Pay: $46.00 – $58.00 per hour

⏰ Type: Casual (10–15 hours per week)

📍 Location: Falls Creek, NSW

What you’ll need:
✅ Qualification: Degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or OT. ✅ Registration: Must be registered with AHPRA, ACA, PACFA, or AASW. ✅ Experience: Proven experience working with children (6-15) and complex backgrounds. ✅ Mindset: Proactive, ethical, and ready to work in a specialized, farm-based environment.
