In 2026 we are introducing a NEW run we are calling the "Cabonne run" this will encompass Canowindra, Cudal, Molong, Manildra, Cumnock and Yeoval. We will be doing this fortnightly on a thursday, and will tailor to demand.

🐑Fun Facts from the International Sheep Veterinary Conference - Tuesday Edition🐑

- When treated with glucose, cow colostrum and a warming pad, 50% of moribund lambs found in the paddock can be happily returned to mum for a full recovery.

- Recent changes to sheep vaccine guidelines place a strong focus on working with Veterinarians to develop tailored programs for individual flocks.

- Recent developments in pain management have shown that it is much more complex than the traditional "pain signals along nerves" model. Hopefully these breakthroughs will mean new pain relief medicine in the near future, both for people and for sheep (especially at marking time)

This week we are super excited to be in Wollongong talking all things sheep at the International Sheep Veterinary Congress! Whilst Dr Lydia loves all creatures great and small, sheep are her greatest veterinary passion. We are looking forward to sharing all the latest and greatest sheep news throughout the week! We will still be available to book appointments for November either on the page or on 0482 858 154

We are heading off early tomorrow morning - any and all podcast/audio books recommendations are appreciated for the drive! 😊
