The temperature 🌡️☀️is expected to rise today!

It’s extremely important you ensure your pets are kept inside in the air conditioning or have access somewhere cool and shaded 🌳 if they are not able to be inside and ensure they access to lots of cool freshwater 💦💧

It is advised that you DO NOT take your pet for a walk during the day, wait until the temperature drops.

If you do decide to walk your pet during these extreme temperatures it’s important to make sure you are not wearing shoes 👟 and that you are barefoot 🦶 the ground temperatures are extremely hot and can burn the pads of your pets feet.

Brachycephalic Breeds (Flat Faced) such as French Bulldogs, Pugs, Boxers
Senior Animals & Obese Animals are at higher risk of suffering from heat related illnesses.

If you believe your pet is suffering from heat stroke/heat related sickness 🥵 call your vet or nearest emergency vet and take them
