Grooming! This reel is my go to protocol with each puppy when grooming can be difficult and tedious a method l use to desensitise and make it easier and more enjoyable for both me and my puppy. Chevy is 4 months old in this video now takes 10 to 15 minutes at 6 months they will start to get their adult coat coming through so they are more prone to matting even though you are brushing every day! This is generally when l make the decision on doing a full groom clipping the body not just a tidy up. Does depend on the type of coat l haven’t needed to clip Chevy or Alaska yet! When l talk doodling my dogs feet means l revert to the poodle look not the doodle look for feet l choose this for practical reasons, just my own preference.
I generally do a full groom every 8 to 12 weeks depending on winter or summer and there individual coat type and growth rate.
Bath and tidy up every month, it really is up to the individual and your living circumstances on how regularly you get your puppy groomed.🐾🤎🧡🤍😊
