Unfortunately our little shop will be affected by another two power outages this month 😔

We apologize again for any inconvenience and if you have orders due for collection on these dates we will be in contact.

Power outage - shop will be closed from 10:30am Wednesday (today) 12th August.

Unfortunately we have had our power switched off - this time with no notice so we are currently making arrangements at the shop to close for the remainder of the day.

Trading as normal tomorrow - if you had a planned visit or order pick up today it will be available tomorrow onwards.

Sorry for any inconvenience, we are as disappointed as you! 💔🐾

New regular supply coming in HOT! 🔥

We're so excited to finally be bringing fresh venison in every week for all our favourite furry foodies! 🐾

At Pro Pet Food, we're all about variety, consistency, and keeping those tails wagging, and we know just how many of our four-legged customers go absolutely wild for venison!

From Monday 3rd August, we'll be receiving a fresh weekly supply and will have it available in:

We'll do our best to keep it stocked in-store, but space in our cool room is limited each week... and we have a feeling this one's going to disappear fast! 👀

⚠️ Planned Western Power Outage – Wednesday 29th July
Due to a scheduled Western Power outage. Pro Pet Food will be closed on Wednesday 29th July.

As the outage will be for an extended period, our chilled shop cabinet will not be stocked next week. To ensure you don't miss out, please pre-order any food you require.

If you don't already have a standing order with us, please get in touch to place your order as soon as possible.

📦 Collection days available:
• Tuesday 28th July
• Thursday 30th July
• Friday 31st July
• Saturday 1st July

Where possible, products will be kept frozen throughout the outage. If you normally prefer your order fresh/chilled rather than frozen, we kindly ask for your patience and flexibility while we work around the scheduled outage.
