Firstly, I just want to say a massive thank you to all of my wonderful customers for your continued support, and a warm welcome to everyone who has recently joined the ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ค ๐๐ฆ๐๐ โ๐ฆ๐ โ๐๐ก๐๐๐ฃ๐ค family! Your support of my little business means more than you know. โค๏ธ
๐ฃI also want to give a very special shout-out to the amazing team at Horseland Tamworth, who have been incredibly supportive by referring me and allowing customers to drop off and collect rugs from their beautiful store. I truly couldn't offer this convenience without them.
As the number of repairs coming in continues to grow (which I'm so grateful for!), I'd really appreciate everyone's help by following these simple guidelines to ensure we don't interrupt the day-to-day running of their business.

โข Please bag and tie your rugs securely, or fold them neatly and tie them with baling twine. Make sure every rug is clearly labelled with your name.
โข If you require specific repairs or alterations, please include a note with your rugs.
โข If you'd like an invoice, please include your email address and/or phone number.
โข If you prefer to pay cash ๐ต, please let me know beforehand, as I'll need to arrange a time to meet you. ๐คด
โข Please only drop off and collect rugs during Horseland's trading hours.
โข Once your rugs are finished, please message me to arrange a suitable collection day. I'll then deliver them to Horseland so they aren't storing rugs for extended periods.
โข If you have a large number of rugs, please get in touch and I'll do my best to arrange a convenient collection time, either at Horseland or another mutually suitable location.
โข If your rugs are heavily soiled, I'd really appreciate it if you could give them a quick hose off and allow them to dry before dropping them off.
โข Repairs are becoming very busy, so if you need something repaired urgently, please let me know as early as possible and I'll do my absolute best to fit you in.
โข You're also welcome to drop rugs directly to me or leave them securely at my gate.
