Meet Jess!

Jess is starting university in early childhood and primary teaching, following her passion for caring and helping others—whether that’s children or animals!
At home, she has a cheeky little Chihuahua named Lucky, who is her best friend (and yes, her favourite breed too 😉).

If Jess were a dog, she’d be a Cocker Spaniel: sweet-natured, loyal, and always loving being around those she cares about.

When she’s not working with animals, Jess loves baking desserts, it’s therapeutic, and let’s be honest, she gets to eat them afterwards! 🙈

Her favourite part of working at PRA? The rewarding feeling of helping pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re away from home. The snuggles and kisses are just extra bonuses! 💛

Meet Pippa! 🐾

Pippa is one of our awesome team members and is currently in Year 12, balancing school life with caring for all your beautiful pups here at the resort.

She’s a proud dog mum to her 3-year-old Jack Russell, Missy, which explains why Jack Russells are her absolute favourite breed. Big personality in a tiny body? Yes please.

If Pippa were a dog herself, she says she’d be a Golden Retriever, friendly, happy and always up for fun.

When she’s not at school or the resort, you’ll find her playing local netball or keeping up with the AFL.

Her favourite part of working here? Bath time. She loves the fun, the chaos, and sending dogs home looking and smelling amazing.

We’re so lucky to have you on the team, Pippa 💛🐕

Meet Cam, Our Kennel Supervisor! 🐶

Cam is our Kennel Supervisor and has a background in animal and agricultural studies, with a Bachelor of Animal Science and a Cert II in Agriculture.

Over the years she’s been lucky to work in some pretty hands-on roles, including helping coordinate the Animal Nursery and agricultural education events at the Easter Show, and working as a residential assistant while at uni.

She’s also had experience exhibiting cattle in the show world, so caring for animals in all shapes and sizes is nothing new.

At home, Cam has Percy, her Great Dane cross, who definitely keeps life interesting. If she were a dog herself, she’d be a Golden Retriever, which tracks with her friendly, easygoing and playful nature.
Outside of work, she loves going on hikes with Percy and tackling escape rooms for a bit of fun.

Her favourite part of working at PRA is helping make sure all the pets have a fun, kind and loving holiday while they’re with us, and being part of such an amazing and caring team!
