Watching like clock work, counting the days, counting breaths, checking heart rate, comforting, noting how many wee’s and poo’s per day or when the last time actually was, noting the activity level, how much foods been eaten (if any) - just to name a few!

They are actually like my human children and I’m sure if they could talk English they would!

I’m a strong believer in following my gut instinct and listening to what they are telling me! Well I did just that with my darling girl and it proved to have been the best decision I’ve ever made! I’m also sure she spoke to me without speaking. We both understand each other more than I actually gave granted for.

My best mate, my side kick, my comfort, my security blanket, the one who got me through the toughest time of my life, laid with me when I couldn’t even get out of bed, loved me unconditionally and is always just the happiest to be beside me, my fur child gosh we are so lucky and blessed and I am so proud!

A huge thank you to my fantastic vet Grace & her team from Western Plains Veterinary Service for listening to my concerns, trusting my gut instinct and just genuinely being the most supportive and professional practice I have stepped foot into to date. Without you the end result may very well not have been one I could actually comprehend or deal with.

No emergency because I listened and took note of everything - wow timing really was spot on!

Welcome to the world precious ones - how on earth am I actually so damn lucky! My girl blessed us with 11 healthy, thriving and stunning babies!

Long story short if you call, txt or message - be patient, I’m exhausted, busy working, raising children - yep human and fur and sleeping when Mumma sleeps (haha)…

Our little Cassie headed to her new family yesterday! A little surprise waiting for a special little boy (our nephew) who adores dogs and just needed his own baby to love on.
