From a large 90kg dog to a little puppy. No day is ever the same with our customers. What is the same is the love we pour into every groom. We work with each dog to gain trust and show them how much they are loved - even the difficult ones. This is little Mavis, this was her first groom and she wasn’t difficult at all. Such a little sweet heart!

Today we had the largest dog we’ve groomed. Her head was bigger than a basket ball. Her paw was bigger than my palm and she weighted a lot (90kgs)! She was such a gentle giant we wished all dogs were as relaxed and calm as she was. Penny is her name and she is a Boerboel (South African Mastiff). If you see her walking around Docklands go and say hi. Also, apologies to the customer who came in to buy treats and found her lying on the floor - in the door way. We let our dogs relax while waiting for mum and dad to pick them up. We are looking forward to seeing you again Penny

Little Blue did very well. This was his first ever groom. Mum has done a lot of work at home to help him relax when grooming. He was a little sweetheart. What a transformation.

Barkley's dad sent in these photos of Barkley's birthday dinner. I think he should offer gourmet cooking classes for dogs. Happy birthday Barkley, we're glad dad spoilt you 😍
