Other mobile dog groomers need to remember its a small world and slandering each other is not a good image to portray to clients. Do you job and do it well and there would be no need to degrade someone to get more business. Very disappointed.

I am making the decision that if a client cancels a booked appointment without a valid reason within 12 hours of the appointment time, the client will have too pay the full fee. I have been caught out too many times and I am trying to run a business and earn a living. Thank you to all my regular clients that have always given me notice of a changed appointment.
