Charlotte recently attended the IUCN Crocodile Specialist Group meeting where the topic of world crocodile day was around industry collaboration and continuity.

This year the theming of world croc day is "legacy in every scale" we would argue our boys ooze legacy from every scale (see what we did there 😉). We’re so lucky to have such amazing crocodile ambassadors. Our animals help people build a real connection with crocodiles and, in doing so, better understand why we’re so passionate about sharing the Crocwise messaging that is so important in the Top End.

For us, today is a celebration of them and the work they do for their wild counterparts!

Size matters! 🐊🐊🐊

After a mammoth wet season this messaging couldn't be more important. With higher than usual water levels over the wet meaning we expect to see crocs in places they wouldn't usually inhabit, it's going to be an interesting couple of months for the croc catching team!

Who better to stand next to at the Darwin safety expo today and share this messaging than the Crocwise team!

Right.. that's it!! With fuel prices at what they are desperate times call for desperate measures!

Everyone's favourite freeloader is going to have to earn her keep, so from now on we'll be travelling to events via the Mavis-mobile...
