Size matters! 🐊🐊🐊

After a mammoth wet season this messaging couldn't be more important. With higher than usual water levels over the wet meaning we expect to see crocs in places they wouldn't usually inhabit, it's going to be an interesting couple of months for the croc catching team!

Who better to stand next to at the Darwin safety expo today and share this messaging than the Crocwise team!

Look who has arrived πŸ’›πŸ€Ž

Darwin carpet pythons - high school textbook genetics worthy with 50% wild type and 50% albino in the clutch. Certainly 100% cute though!

This is exactly how we intend to spend the rest of 2025 so getting one last post in. 😊

Whilst this image may sum up how Winston approached 2025, it was very different for the humans that fund his lifestyle πŸ˜‚. 2025 was fast paced, busy, slightly chaotic but so much fun, and we loved watching our business make us proud in so many ways.

Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou to everyone in our lives this year. To the people we met through our events for your trust and enthisiasm, to our support network of friends who help us out in so many ways. And of course to our animals, for being their amazing selves!

Big dreams for 2026, but for now we'll be joining Winston.. on the couch and probably an early night πŸ˜…πŸ™ˆ

Final day to comment on the NT government's proposed guidelines for crocs as pets.

If you have any interest at all in croc ownership it is probably worth jumping on and having a read.

Bit of a shout out to the amazing bunch of friends we have in Darwin ❀

From a business perspective, November is the best time for one of us to take a holiday. Cyclone Fina disagreed... obviously.

We both moved to the NT away from our family but with Tom away overseas- our family of friends were absolutely incredible. We are so grateful for the help we recieved.

Whilst we experienced minor damage (tree down and a couple of aviaries we're not super fond of anymore) The animals safety was never in question and it has helped shape our future plans for our enclosures and our emergency plans.

Picture is of Splat, face-timing Dad, telling him about the living room glamping situation we had going on (we think)!
