Gabbys Pooch Treats Gabby is an aspiring young adult, learning customer skills and how to manage a business. On my days off, my Carers and I make Dog biscuits.

I have started the dog biscuit business with the help and support of my parents and carers. I am on a disability pension and currently work at HPA four days a week. Having my own small business has enabled me to develop new personal life skills which will assist my future transition from home to assisted living. This money will give me my independence and allow me to make choices on attending fun

things with my peers on the weekends. I wanted to do something that would enable me to be financially independent as I transition in assisted living. My treats are organic, healthy, and high in fibre, enhance their skin and coats, are anti-inflammatory, contain antioxidants and boost eye health! There are 4 varieties, all totally organic and vacuum sealed in bags to maintain their freshness and longevity. I am very proud to have received a certificate for being a Semi- Finalist in the 2022 Young Achievers Awards. This award has made me feel like I am doing something really productive and on the right path to independence. My family, friends and carers are so proud of me and my achievements and hope that ‘’Gabby’s Pooch Treats”, continue to grow. I have always loved animals and have a very active pup named Billy, who loves to go for walks and eat, almost anything. Good Morning All

I would like to thank everyone who has supported Gabby's Pooch Treats over the last 3 years. Gabby has now moved into independent living. She has been able to have fun buying her own furniture with the money that she saved.

It was time to hand over the reins of the business to someone else. We were so lucky that Jodie from Supporting Moo agreed to take over Gabby's business.

Jodie is a person who advocates for people with disabilities and is using this new project as a platform to employ people with disabilities and pay award rates. What an amazing initiative.

Morning Coffee at the Boatshed Cafe what a treat!!!!!!!

9.00 AM – 12.00 NOON SUNDAY MORNING
4.00 PM TO 7.00 PM SUNDAY EVENING
