✨Maternity leave update ✨

I’ve been getting lots of messages recently about my return to work and just wanted to provide a little update - some changes are coming! Initially, I anticipated taking roughly 6 months off of work but here I am with a 6 month old and we’ve decided that it hasn’t been chaotic enough for us, so we’ve decided to move house!! 😅

This means we will be rebuilding a Monty & Me salon at our new home. No need to worry though, we are still staying in Dapto! However this means I still don’t have a return date, I’m very sorry 😔

Moving is bittersweet, we’ve loved our little space here so much and it’ll always hold such a special place in my heart. I’ve met so many wonderful people and dogs at this little home salon but we need to do what’s best for the family.

I’ll keep you posted on return back to work dates when we have them!

P.S please let me know how you and your pups are going, we miss you 💕

Last week we welcomed the safe arrival of our little girl, Phoebe 🥰

Big news! Monty & Me Pet Grooming is expanding our pack with a new arrival due in September.

Sadly, this means that I’ll be stepping away from the tools for a while for maternity leave. The timing and length of my leave is very much up in the air at this time. I’m very sorry for inconvenience this will cause especially for those with pre booked appointments for the year.

Fortunately in the Illawarra, we have many talented and caring groomers and I’m more than happy to recommend someone to look after your pup to keep them happy and fresh.

Please don’t hesitate to text me with any questions. Books still closed for new clients.

I appreciate your patience and support during this time, I am very excited for this new chapter but I’m going to miss the dogs immensely.

As we head into the warmer months, there are extremely limited appointments left for the remainder of the year and unfortunately I will be unable to take on any more new clients at this time 😔

If you’re a current client looking for a Christmas groom and are yet to book an appointment, there are only a handful of appointments left so please contact me as soon as possible so we can make sure your pup is fresh for summer!☀️

I will have a cancellation list for those who wish to go on it and I’m always happy to recommend other groomers in your area who might be able to assist you and your pups needs! 🛁

Sadly, after her owners passing, Miss Frankie is looking for a new home.

Frankie is an 8 year old cavoodle and would suit a loving quiet home. She can be a little bit nervous as before she found her last loving home, Frankie was sadly in quite an abusive household.

She would be the perfect cuddly companion and I’m sure would love spending days at your feet/on your lap. She would best suited to a home without small children and with no other pets.
